Video for La Sportiva "How To Choose Your Climbing Shoes"

This project focused on the 3D digitization of climbing footwear produced by La Sportiva, combining high-resolution scanning techniques with manual modeling refinements. The physical shoes were first captured through 3D scanning, allowing the geometry, proportions, and structural details of the products to be accurately recorded. The scan data was then carefully processed and optimized, with additional modeling work used to clean the geometry, rebuild specific elements, and ensure the final asset was suitable for digital production workflows. Particular attention was given to maintaining the characteristic forms, material transitions, and construction details that define high-performance climbing shoes. The final models were prepared as clean, optimized 3D assets, ready for use in visualization, marketing imagery, and interactive applications.
