The Silk Museum VR & Mixed Reality project redefines the museum experience by integrating immersive storytelling, interactive technology, and historical reconstruction into a unified digital ecosystem. Visitors are guided through a hybrid physical-digital environment where real museum spaces merge with virtual extensions. Through VR headsets and mixed reality interfaces, users can enter reconstructed historical settings, interact with traditional weaving machinery, and explore the technical processes behind silk production in ways that would otherwise be inaccessible. An interactive virtual guide accompanies the visitor throughout the experience, adapting narration and content based on user interaction.
